Modes of Payment

No pre-payment is required. Once delivery is fulfilled, invoice will be submitted by us through AGD Vendors@Gov. 

If your institution has a credit account with us, no immediate payment is required. Invoice will be submitted to your institution's Finance office.

Orders will only be delivered upon receipt of a copy of bank transfer transaction slip / image of Cheque Payment. Please do indicate our Invoice Number when making payment.


Delivery of items in-stock will be within 3 - 7 working days. Do e-mail or give us a call if you need your order to be delivered urgently, we will try our best to accommodate.

For items that are on back-order or out-of-stock, please expect approximately 3 - 5 weeks delivery. 

At the moment, this service is not available.
